This Classic Cape Cod cottage is situated just steps from your own private beach on Nantucket Sound, West Dennis, Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Immaculately clean, cozy and comfortable, it is ideal for the discriminating renter. Your sun-lit deck, family room and kitchen all provide a direct ocean view while the living room and three bedrooms offer a feeling of coziness. The Living Room has a fireplace for extra warmth during the shoulder season and TV. A manicured lawn, one of the few on the entire Nantucket Sound coastline prevents tracking of sand, while an outside shower and grill provide other creature comforts. The cottage is also steps away from a salt-water pond, where shore birds, ducks and nesting ospreys can be seen. Washer-dryer combination. Dishwasher. No linens provided. One Queen, one Full and a double Trundle bed. Absolutely smoke-free and we are sorry that no pets can be allowed.
