Bright airy ground floor unit with many amenities in the Holgate area of southern Long Beach Island, near the Bird Sanctuary. A great place for kids near Beach Haven, a shopping hub of the island with many stores, a grocery store, restaurants, bars, an amusement park and other amenities. The ocean beach requires beach passes, four (4) of which are loaned for the rental. The area is very peaceful, yet offers many opportunities for shopping, nightlife, miniature golf, and all the other fun things to do at the beach.

Surroundings: This property is located in a family friendly quiet section of Long Beach Island. The ocean is a very short walk away, as is the bay. There is bicycle riding, walking, and running easily accessible. A few blocks south is a federal bird sanctuary with all sorts of seabirds around. Long Beach Island is one island north of Atlantic City, so that is easily seen from many locations in Holgate. Beach haven is located north of Holgate with plenty of shopping, restaurants, bars and other amenities.
