This Lake Las Vegas gem is great for quiet relaxation and golf with friends and family, yet it is only minutes away from The Las Vegas Strip, known for its world renown resorts with shopping, dining, shows, nightclubs & gaming.So if you are planning to attend a Convention at the Las Vegas Convention Center, the PBR (Professional Bull Riders Rodeo, the NFR ( National Finals Rodeo) or a seminar on the Las Vegas Strip, but don't want the hustle and bustle of the strip, this is the place to stay.

Local Attractions: Lake Mead Recreational Area, Red Rock National Conservation Area and Valley of Fire State Park are great are close enough for easy access to hiking, biking, boating, fishing, swimming & water skiing. Always love coming to the Lake House. Great location and everything you need all provided. Owner made special care to make sure the beds were comfortable for our stay. If you are looking for a nice quiet location away from Las Vegas this is it. We wanted quiet and rest and that is what we get at the Lake House! You can still take a short drive into Vegas for nightlife if that is what you are looking for. My only suggestion is get the carpets cleaned, they are pretty dirty. Overall a great place to stay, and we will stay again.

Exceptional townhome for a tranquil and relaxing vacation at Lake Las Vegas

Spent a long weekend at Suzana's beautiful townhome to get away from the big city and relax. Very impressed with the array of great features including the kitchen, outdoor patio seating, comfortable sleeping accommodations with wonderful comforters, fabulous whirlpool bathtub, chess game, unique home accents and decorative items, and cozy feeling throughout. This townhome is very clean and spacious with many areas to sit down and read a book or share conversation. It is a tranquil place with easy walking to the Village at Lake Las Vegas and fast access to freeways to downtown Las Vegas and the Strip. It was very easy to get to the nearest grocery store as well as the shopping mall next to the Green Valley Ranch Resort. Thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the upstairs patio in the evening watching the stars appear as the evening became night. Left the doors to that patio open all night to let in the fresh air without worrying about noise pollution. My Maltese absolutely loved running up and down the stairs and walking to and from the Village. Suzana was very gracious, answered all questions, and made me feel very welcome in her home. It was a wonderful weekend, and I highly recommend Suzana's townhome for anyone looking for a comfortable, tranquil place to relax while still being close to restaurants, local events, shopping, and entertainment.

Relaxing and Fantastic!

My husband and I stayed at the Lake House for a little over a week and we had an excellent time. We were there for the community fireworks display and really enjoyed paddleboarding on Lake Las Vegas. We were able to rent paddleboards from SUP Las Vegas, Paddle to the Core over at the Westin which is a resort that is right next door to the townhome (great food and beautiful lobby at the Westin also, well worth the walk next door). We were first time paddleboarders so we had a quick paddleboard lesson and were able to get right out on the lake and have a great time! The townhome itself is in a great location and was appointed perfectly. It is clean and Suzana provides everything needed for a carefree stay, even a blender worth using! We walked around the neighborhood several times and the neighbors were friendly and welcoming. The pool is nice with cabanas for shade. Suzana is amazing! We locked ourselves out of the townhome on our first day (duh!) and she was right on it to help us and make sure we could get back in. A big THANK YOU to Suzana and family for allowing us to use your beautiful lake house. I LOVE Lake Las Vegas and so grateful to meet others with that same passion, your hospitality and communication were much appreciated by my husband and I. We highly recommend your townhome. If you are planning on coming to Lake Las Vegas for a relaxing stay in a home away from home this is the place!!!
