    No refund available for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
  • Cancellations: A voucher, good for 18 months will be issued to those renters that have made full payment PRIOR to original arrival date
    Cancellations prior to the 30 days before arrival date MAY receive a partial refund subject to re-rental. Less than 30 days there is no refund only a voucher if rental is paid in full.

We had a large group of 12 people, but the house fit everyone very comfortably. The pool/backyard/dining area is amazing. Great views and perfect for just hanging out and relaxing all day. The maids came everyday and left the house spotless. The surrounding towns are fun and easy to find your way around. I had back surgery a few years ago so a comfortable bed is important to me and these were great. Beachfront helped us coordinate with one of the tour companies. The tour guide met us at the house to go over any tours we were interested in which made it very easy to motivate my group to get out and enjoy everything. Our concierge, Gus was able to help us with everything we needed, ranging from directions, best place to surf, scuba dive, party, eat, etc. I’ve only been back for a couple of weeks and all 11 people I went with have already asked to plan another trip back.
