Some good and some not so good

The hotel is great, location is hard to beat, the apartment was very nice but the previous renters must have been smokers because the lingering smell made it impossible for us to stay. The company that rented to us understood and allowed us to cut our stay short and reversed the charges for the nights we did not stay. Hotel found other room for us and we stayed on site.

We are sorry your stay was not so pleasant due to the smell. As you know, we spoke to the maid staff and the director of housekeeping about the lingering smell as soon as you contacted us. After they changed all the linens in the unit the smell was still there. We continued to work with the Trump staff after you relocated. They discovered it was an air-conditioning problem in the building on our floor. They were able to resolve it and the smell quickly dissapeared. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused you, but we cannot thank you enough for bringing it to our attention as quickly as you did! Had it not been for your attention to detail we would not have been able to help Trump solve the problem!

We hope that you will consider us again for a stay in the future!

Greatest place I've been to in New York City

It was an amazing vacation! I went with my family and we truly had a great time. First, the owners we booked through were amazing to deal with and there prices are great.. Let me tell you ;)

Next, once we arrived at Trump International the service was outstanding. There was not a thing I could have wanted. The rooms are clean, bathrooms are clean, pool, elevators.. EVERYTHING! The room service was amazing and the 5 star restaurant down stairs was an amazing dinner for me and my family.

The best part is the location. It's right in the middle of everything. Its right across the street from Central Parkm which was amazing.

My friends enjoyed it as well because it just so happens that a large majority of celebrities stay in Trump International as well, and we got to meet a couple while we were there.

In all, being at Trump International was truly an amazing experience. I know I personally won't stay any where else when I go to New York City again and that I wont book with any other owners, they had amazing rates, a great, clean room and the service once you are at Trumps' is amazing.
