This beautiful 2 bedroom villa features a hard to find second half bath. Enjoy the morning sun on the east facing patio with a magnificent view of the Santa Rita mountains The patio features a brand new gas grill, patio table with umbrella, chiminea and even a lemon tree. In the afternoon you can retire to the shade of the arched entrance-way. The living room features a leather sectional, Queen Anne chair and flat screen TV. In the kitchen you will find both a dishwasher and full size refrigerator. The master bedroom has a wrought iron queen bed with brand new pillow-top mattress. The second bedroom is set up like a den with sofa bed and lazy boy. This is a perfect place to escape and read a book while your spouse is watching football! There is a bathroom off of both bedrooms. This charming southwestern style end unit is just steps to the laundry and swimming pool and minutes to golf courses, shopping, restaurants and Desert Diamond Casino.

Very nice villa with Santa Rita mountains as a view in the East. Accomodations were all that we were expecting and we will certainly plan on another stay sometime in the future.
