We also like the idea that those of you that regularly stay at the casa might connect in a deeper way to our Mayan neighbors and the precious environmental sanctuary of our non-developed jungle and beach.
The village of Chemuyil is a non-touristy Mayan village and would benefit from our guests using the services offered there including the library, a massage therapist, pizzeria, fruit/veggie stands, internet cafes, groceries and two bakeries in the village . There are also lots of fiestas and soccer matches. The village is a 10 minute walk from our casa.
Also included are two 'Cruzer' bikes with baskets.
