Sunny Front Porch and Waterfall, seating for seven with coffee table. Custom Kitchen - granite island has a prep sink, counter has a deep double sink - all with disposals. New gas range, dishwasher, microwave, filtered hot and cold purified water. Purified chilled water and ice dispenser on refrigerator door. Great Room/Living Room - leather sectional has recliner seating for four, seats five. Massage chair has heat, adjustable settings. DVR, stereo sound. Large screen HDTV w/satellite service. Gas Fireplace. TV is viewable from living room, kitchen and dining room.

Radiant heated flooring through out the house. Ceiling fans in each bedroom with lights that dim. Master Bedroom has a california king bed, with adjacent stunning onyx bath with shower and tub. Large screen HDTV, DVR and IPOD deck. Bedroom 1, has california king bed with door to outdoor deck, bathroom in the hallway has a big tub w/double shower heads, finished in marble. Travertine flooring is heated. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with optional pull out trundle bed. Large TV has DVR and sliding door out to deck. Bedroom 3 in Guest House has a california king bed with a beautiful marble bath w/shower and tub. Adjustable heated floors, ceiling fan. Sunny outdoor deck.

Lush planting in fenced front and back yards...we allow dogs upon approval. Great firepit in back for roasting marshmellows. Two dining areas with gas Barbeque and a charcoal BBQ grill too. Outdoor heated showers. Full array of wetsuits, boogie boards, fins, bikes, helmets, little red wagon, chairs and umbrella for the beach.

This house is perfect! We had 8 adults and 3 children and plenty of space. It has been nicely updated and the yard is perfect for just hanging out while the kids run around. It is close enough to walk to the beach too. The owner made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. She is awesome! Can't wait to stay there again.

Beautiful Home - absolutely wonderful stay

The place is just like in the pictures. There is a wonderful natural-looking waterfall just outside the living room window that the pictures don't capture. Our Girl Scout troop rented the house for our last trip. (The girls are graduating out of Girl Scouts and heading off to college in the fall.) There were nine of us and we were quite comfortable. The layout was perfect for us. The front part of the house is open so we could be in the kitchen, dining area, or living room and all be together. It was also nice that both of the chaperones could start each day with a massage. : )

The place is extremely cleaned and well maintained. They even supplied firewood, a wagon, marshmellows, and roasting sticks for us to use for a bonfire at the beach. The backyard has three different areas so again, we could spread out to do different things yet all be together too.

During our week here, we went to the Beach Boardwalk, the Gilroy Shopping Outlets, and on a walking Chocolate Tour in San Francisco. The trip was great for our troop's last event and the beatiful, fully equipped home helped make that possible.
