This newly built villa (completed in the fall of 2008) was professionally decorated and is loaded with builder upgrades. There is a two car garage which allows easy access into the house. Ceramic tile is found throughout the villa as well as hardwood flooring in the great room off of the living room. Amenities also include a beautiful first-floor master suite and spacious bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. The fully equipped kitchen includes new upgraded appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, extra capacity washer and dryer and a flat cook top). The living room has a wall mounted 52 inch flat screen television and DVD player. The master bedroom has a wall mounted 42 inch flat screen television and DVD player. In addition, the other two bedrooms have flat screen televisions. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms as well as in the living room. Enjoy the variety of family oriented DVDs, books and board games.

Outstanding location, just 5 minutes from downtown Bethany Beach with Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Dewey Beach, Fenwick Island & Ocean City close by. As part of Delaware's seven mile stretch of Atlantic beach towns known as 'The Quiet Resorts', Bethany Beach offers an idyllic get away. This villa is located in the new private community of Fairway Village. Visitors staying at this villa have use of the private community pool and tennis courts, which are steps away from the front door. Bethany is home to eight golf courses including the 27 hole Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club which is across the main street from Fairway Village. The Delaware area is known for its clean beaches, family atmosphere and many state parks including Delaware Seashore State Park & Fenwick Island State Park that offer hiking, fishing and boating year round. There are free live music concerts on the Boardwalk all summer long, craft shows, farmer's markets, art festivals as well as a 4th of July parade.

  • The master bedroom suite is on the first floor and the other two bedrooms and loft are on the second floor with a full size bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a large walk in closet and a ceiling fan. There is also a large dresser, 42 inch flat panel wall mounted tv with a high definition cable box and DVD player. The two bedrooms upstairs have flat screen TVs and ceiling fans as well. There is a high quality queen size air mattress and electric air pump in the house which can be placed in the loft upstairs. The living room has a queen size sleep sofa as well. Bed linens are not provided.

Awesome Winter Getaway

The Villa is awesome, it is the exact same way it shows in the pictures. The Villa is clean and very well maintained, and very well equipped, it had everything you would need in a home. it is a 10 minute drive to the Beach, Rehoboth Beach and Ocean city are like 25 minutes away. It really is a perfect getaway, the Villa is nice and Cozy and boasts of top notch amenities, the community is developing so construction is going on. We did the Rehoboth beach Shopping and went to Ocean City for the night life.
The owners are very nice and took time to explain all the details(directions,shops,etc) They also called to check on us to see everything was going well.
It is our special home away from home and we definitely will come back and recommend it to all our friends.

This immaculate and comfortable house felt luxurious enough to make for a special vacation for me and my husband but also was accommodating for our two young daughters. The spacious kitchen was fun to cook in and provided a convenient place to eat meals without worrying about soiling the carpet in the dining room. The furniture (including beds and pillows) was extra-comfy, the showers were great, and the many tvs were handy. Location is perfect--quiet and secluded and directly across the street from the pool and playground, which we had all to ourselves. Additionally, the owners were helpful, accessible, organized, and flexible. The weather wasn't ideal during our stay but we still had a wonderful vacation--due in large part to this cozy space!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Very Nice Property

Rental property was very nice as well as having a pool almost right outside of your door. Grassy side yard was also nice for kids to play. My family has always stayed oceanfront, but the drive from this property was not bad at all. Bethany is a much more low-key community than Rehobeth and Ocean City, but yet is still close to these other areas that you can drive and have fun. Would be nice to see this this develpment in years to come! Also, owners couldn't have been more helpful with answering the many questions I had before my vacation week!

Great vacation home

This is a great place to stay! Six of us shared the house
for a week with plenty of space and storage! It's decor
is beautiful and very comfortable, with a great kitchen.
We loved the easy access to the pool and tennis courts
and it has a wonderful grassy area for backyard games.
Short, easy drive to the beach/state park beach and
restaurants. We would definitely recommend this home!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
