Come and relax at this very private home on 3 acres. Take in all the beauty with the Fall Foliage and beautiful sunsets galore! Or spend the Holidays here and enjoy the warmth by the fireplace. The home was recently renovated and has all amenities of home. It has a very large deck for entertaining and it's own private beach. In the summer weather, a crystal clear lake for swimming, canoeing and the fish are abundant! It has an acre of fenced in land for your pets, so bring them along too! The entire family can enjoy all the fun in total privacy!

Notes: The yard is totally fenced in for people with pets. No smoking in the house but there are ashtrays outside. There us a 60 inch HD TV, great for watching the Red Sox, Celtics, Patriots and the Bruins!

This home is located in Historic Plymouth and just a couple miles away from downtown Plymouth where you can explore history, whale watch, take in a museums, or eat at the finest restaurants. This home has about 160 feet of private sandy beach with clear water. There is plenty to do, swim, fish, canoeing, kayaking or just float in the water. Sun yourself or read a book on the beach or even on the large deck. It is very private, on 3 acres of land and nature abounds. There are walking trails all around to work up a nice sweat.

About a 40 minute ride to Boston, and a 15 minute to Cape Cod and both places offer other amenities, such as dining, museums, antiquing, golf, ocean fishing, whale watching, 'Duck Tours', spa services and a water park. The ferry to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket is a 45 minute drive.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay. Secluded but pretty close to just about anything you want. Huge yard and deck, perfect for any family. The pond is right there offering a beautiful view from the deck. Roomy house with great beds, magnificent master bedroom, and all the appliances you need.. I just can't say enough about this place!!!

Great House, yard and lake.

The house is immaculate and tastefully decorated. It has a modern, fully equipped kitchen. People with small children or large rambunctious dogs should take care as the home has many breakable knick- knacks at small child / large dog level. Having said that you will not find another property in such an immaculate condition that accepts pets. The privacy is excellent as there is not another home is sight but we did notice a surveying team/realtor in the empty lot adjacent to the property so this may change in the next year or so.

The dogs enjoyed the huge fenced in yard so we did not have to worry about them. The large rear deck affords views of sunset that are nothing short of amazing. The Weber grill was of great use.

The lake is clear and clean and perfect for swimming but there is no beach. A series of small docks extend from an opening in the woods. We were told shortly before our arrival that the heavy rains had reportedly submerged the beach area. I would not recommend the property to elderly and/or disabled because the 50+ stairs leading down to the water are steep and will pose a challenge for those folks climbing up them.

The fishing is not great but the kids had a blast swimming and looking for turtles. Note to boaters- you cannot launch a boat from this property.

amazing place to stay

This house was all that she claims and more. The fenced in area is amazing for dogs! Very large. The rooms are nice and a tv in each bedroom was quite the treat for my two teenage boys.She had it set up so nicely when we walked in with the tables set and treats for the dogs. Just a note - follow her directions NOT your GPS. It had me turning into a nonexistant street, thank goodness for a kind gentleman who helped us get to the right street. The ONLY reason I didn't give it a 5, is the long steep stairs to the lake, the trip down is a breeze its the trip back up thats a bit rough. But as my son said, if we were right on the beach we may not get such an amazing view. Absolutely gorgeous sunsets!!! Definitely would go back
