Master bedroom and bath is located on the first floor, complete with dressing room and California king-size bed. The second floor consists of a very large family room, with a pool table. There is a large screen TV with surround sound. French doors open onto a large deck with a spiral staircase up to the rooftop deck. From this vantage point, one can see the beach, Point Loma, downtown skyline, etc. Numerous firework displays light up the sky on the Fourth of July, and on summer nights. There are also two bedrooms and a double vanity bathroom on the second level of this home. Twin beds in one room, queen bed in the other. There is a loft office with high-speed internet availability.
Also, included is a one bedroom, queen size bed, and bath, detached beach cottage(no kitchen amenities), which makes for a perfect in-law suite. This beach cottage is located in the backyard, and is just steps from the main house. This is the perfect summer home which will make for wonderful memories.
Don't forget the fabulous fire ring, we even supply the wood! Wonderful for s'mores, too! Single car garage with attached full service laundry room is included for your use, as well. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and a beach wagon make long days at the beach a breeze!
