This complex includes all of the amenities plus an elevator, storage room and a pool. Close to Garden State Parkway. 6 miles to historic Cape May for antiquing and dining. Minutes away from family amusements and arcades. Walking distance to Convention Center and boardwalk. As an added bonus there is parking for 2 cars beneath the building.

Notes: Location, location, location: This unit comes with 2 parking spaces located under the building. Keep your car cool and out of the elements. You also have the use of your own keyed closet in the garage. We provide 4 beach chairs and an umbrella for your use. Put your additional chairs, beach toys, rafts, and bikes in here. There is a baseball field directly across the street to throw the Frisbee, have a catch or fly a kite. It's a short 1 block walk to our free life guarded beach. Amenities: Relax on the deck with ocean views. Inside, relax in the central A/C on the sofa or love seat while reading, watching T.V. or bring your DVD's and watch them on the DVD player provided. Take care of those wet bathing suits and towels with the washer and dryer provided for your use. The Master Bedroom has it's own dedicated bathroom in addition to the hall bath.

Condo was perfect except for the noisy vacationeers above and on the sides of this unit. The walls are paper thin and you can hear all the other noise around you being in the middle (2nd floor)
This was the only down fall to the place which gives a good rating.
Had there been no noise, making it easier for my 5yr old and 20 month old to go to sleep, I would have given an excellent rating.

The cosr was also a good value based on the surrounding comps in the area for rental properties.
