we keep coming back!

We keep returning to this condo because it offers quality accommodations, close proximity to the beach, quiet evenings on the porch, a family-friendly layout and a well-supplied kitchen. The apartment itself is bright, airy and spotless with a flat screen TV and DVD player. There's another TV in one of the bedrooms in the event of disagreement about what to watch. Our boys love the bunk beds and we love the private bath in the master bedroom. Having two designated, indoor parking spaces is also a major convenience.
The beach is two short blocks away. This actually means only one street crossing, b/c the next crossing is for cyclists and pedestrians only. It's close enough that we usually leave the beach to have lunch at the condo (no nasty seagulls hovering while you eat).
The porch is surprisingly spacious and a great place to sit in the evenings while listening to the pounding surf. If you enjoy softball, you may be lucky enough to watch a night game at the park across the street. Our boys love to ride their bicycles on the sidewalk around the park.
We also love the layout of the apartment. The common areas are far enough away from the "children's rooms" that they can sleep while we chat with our friends in the living area or on the porch. We've also been able to accommodate overnight guests with relative comfort and convenience for all.
Also, we were pleasantly surprised at how well-supplied the kitchen is. We had all the dishes, utensils and equipment needed to cook family meals as well as host and entertain.
The boardwalk is in very close walking distance. It's also a convenient walk to a great bakery, a convenient deli and a yummy gelato place. The ACME is probably a long walk, but a very short drive. There are a few restaurants in close walking distance (2-4 blocks) but we tend to eat in or take an occasional day trip to Cape May. Be mindful that Wildwood Crest is a dry town, so you will need to drive to Wildwood or Cape May if you want wine with dinner. Of course, the upside is that you won't have to watch/listen to college kids regurgitating on the sidewalk as you enjoy a peaceful evening on the porch.
The owners have always been responsive and accommodating. We would recommend this condo to friends only if they promise not to try booking the week we like to go there.
