Yes? You will love this vacation property. It's all in your back yard! Fishing equipment pole, lures included. I saw someone catch a 12 lb fish off our Pier last week. What a fight it put up. It was fun to watch. You can fish in the protected Bay or go right out to the Gulf of Mexico. You can walk/bike to Robinson's Preserve to rent a Kayak by the Visitors center. You can also go to one of the many marinas and pay for a fishing excursion. There's nothing like the fishing either on the Preserve waters, or right from one of my two private docks or pier in back yard.

If you want a Boating, Fishing, Beach, Paradise this definitely the right choice for you. My rate is around $1 per S/F When you consider this is a 4200 S/F Villa on the water, with all the amenities it offers right on the property & surrounding area, it is the biggest vacation bargain anywhere! Any properties that are remotely close to offering what this offers are two to three times more money! How can I offer such an amazing vacation property at such a great price?? I own the property including two deep water intra-coastal boat/fishing docks also on the property outright. I don't have big mortgage payments etc. If I rent to people who write to me after their vacation, in the guest book comment section below, to let me know how much they enjoyed themselves I will be happy.
