Great Condo

The condo was great, clean, well kept, but we were disappointed in the pool area. It was unclean, trash left behind, many chairs in poor shape and dirty w/ bird droppings. View from the balcony was FANTASTIC. Unfortunately, there was a tarry substance on the beach during our stay and we had to be very careful not to track it back in the condo. Try as you might, you'd end up with it on you somewhere. It comes out with Dawn and MUCH rubbing/scrubbing! We would stay here again.

Island House Condo is a wonderful place.

We had a wonderful time at Island House. We had 6 adults and 6 children. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We have absolutely no complaints about anything. We would love to come back again.

Great place!

Great space. We had loads of room for our entire family. The bedroom with the 2 beds worked great for our son and his family. Great view from the balcony. Washer and dryer were awesome benefits! Beach front was very clean and pool was great. Only downside was the fridge and freezer were not working well.

Rough Beginning... Great Ending!

When we arrived at check in about 4:15pm, the condo was not ready for us. It had not been cleaned from the previous rentors. We called mgmt. & she was there within 15 minutes & had another 2 people there within another 20 minutes to start cleaning. They were nice, friendly, & appologized but needless to say, it was a rather quick cleaning & awkward with 10 of us trying to stay out of the way while they cleaned. It was after 6pm before we were able to unload our things.However, they left us with clean linens & plenty of clean towels & we had a comfortable & enjoyable stay. The kitchen had plenty of dishes & cookware & everything worked fine. We took advantage of the washer & dryer which was nice to have so available. Turned out to be a great experience we all enjoyed The condo itself was roomy, & well maintained overall. Good view of beach, enjoyed fishing on the pier, etc.
