Wonderful 4 bedroom villa in Playacar Fase I, well-suited for family and friends get togethers. The villa is located about 50 meters from the beach and close to the Fisherman’s Village hotel where you can take a taxi into town. The living and dining area and the kitchen are located on the 2nd floor of the house where you can enjoy a fantastic ocean view. The downstairs bedrooms open up to the private pool area, allowing you to go from your bedroom to the pool in less than 4 steps. There is a possibility to close off the 4th bedroom so you can rent the villa as a 3-bedroom as well as a 4 bedroom home. The roof top terrace has a sitting area with unsurpassed views of the Caribbean sea with the lights of Cozumel in the distance. This villa has all the amenities you need to make your vacation unforgettable!

It is located right along the the white sandy beaches of the Caribbean. The beaches are quiet and serene, even during high seasons. The town of Playa del Carmen is adjacent to this gated community, you can easily walk to town within 10-15 minutes, or take a taxi at the Fishermen's Village next door to the villa.
