Newly renovated cottage on Pemigewasset Lake right off of Rt 104 on the New Hampton/ Meredith Line. Less than 10 minutes to any of the major attractions of the area, yet far enough away to enjoy all the peace and tranquility that NH has to offer. Beautiful uninterrupted views of the lake, beach and dock from almost the entire cottage. Enjoy sunrises, grilling, and sunsets from the deck or any of the fire pits located on the property. There is a full bathroom and full kitchen. Master bedroom has a full bed, and there is a Queen futon and also a full futon in the living room. Swing sets, horseshoe pits, plenty of parking, heated cottage, plenty of space for the kids to enjoy any outdoor activity without having worry, especially about traffic! Short drive to the Outlets in Tilton, Gunstock area, and North Conway, or just relax on the quiet sandy beach all day!

Located right on the Lake off of Rt 104, not on Rt 104 like most cottages in the area. Has Private walk in-gradual drop beach, Private dock included. Entire property is very safe for kids. No stairs at all except two on the the deck which do not need to be used and one to get on the dock. Plenty of parking right in front of the cottage, Easy access to all major attractions. Plenty of shopping and restaurants to choose from.

Condo Guidlines: Renters are subject to condo cottage association rules and guidelines which are provided upon check in (not strict in any way). Owner reserves the right to remove renters from the cottage upon violation of these terms.

Check in / Check Out: Check-in is allowed any time after 1pm, check-out is at 10am. Please wash all utensils, dishes, glassware and anything else used. Also trash must be taken out and emptied into the dumpster on the property. Trash bags provided.

2009: Please note that you must provide your own Linens and towels. We have one full/double bed in the bedroom and two futons one full, one queen.

Golf: Multiple Golf Courses in the area.

Other Activities: Relax on the Beach with Great views!
