Great for big groups

We stayed here last week of June 2011, place was perfecty. There where 10 of us and the lay out is ideal, with all the bedrooms on the second floor and the upstairs is wide open, with a great couch, a big dinning table for everyone, a nice setup in the kitchen for cooking and eating, and all the fresh air woff the balconies was amazing. Everyone in our group had an amazing time got go surfing and play some volleyball as well, and Gina was super cool and helped accommodate all our needs. The ping pong table in the garage got a whole lot of use as well. Right on a walk street and convient back and forth to the beach, the only thing about Manhattan Beach is the streets are steep, so we had to drive a couple of the guests with bad knees back and forth to the beach, but personally I loved the hills. We would highly recommend this spot.
