Our private 2,900-square-foot home sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with great golf course and lagoon views. The beach is less than a mile away. The house features a large open main room with gourmet kitchen, living and dining spaces. The comfortable living area includes a 42' HDTV, gas fireplace, dining table for 10, and breakfast bar for 4. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with top quality appliances and all amenities. The large sun room overlooking the garden, green and lagoon opens to the expansive deck with grill and 50+ jet hot tub. The private ground floor master suite has a king bed, 37' HDTV, gas fireplace, huge bath and wall-to-wall views of the course and lagoon. Step out onto the deck and into the hot tub. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms with TVs (2 queens, 1 twin), and a large bath with separate vanity area. Wifi. 3-zoned AC and heat, ceiling fans in every room. 2-car garage, beach bikes.

Golf: Sit on our deck, or in the sunroom and watch play on the 4th hole of Ocean Winds, or better yet play Seabrook's 36 holes of Championship golf. Crooked Oaks, designed by Robert Trent Jones,Sr winds through marshes and maritime forest, while the Willard Byrd designed Ocean Winds presents a challenge as you work your way out and along the Atlantic Ocean. Awarded Audubon Sanctioned status you'll enjoy watching the wildlife even if you;re not enjoying your game! Bermuda hybrid greens offer great conditions year round. As play is restricted to members and rental guests with amenity cards (included in weekly rentals) it's easy to get a tee time and pace of play is great. With reduced rates for a second round, try 36 holes! Practice on the driving range, improve your putting on the 2 practice greens, or work on your chips and sand shots. Take a lesson, participate in clinics. Want to play other courses? Kiawah Island courses are less than 10 minutes away. There are 5, including The Ocean Course, host of the 1991 Ryder Cup, and 2007 Senior PGA. Or, try any of the scores of courses in the Charleston area.
