Romantic Oceanfront Studio W/ Internet at Lahaina Shores

There were two things that were perfect about this place...Location and View! You are literally a stone's throw from the water. The palms are perfectly spaced as if there to frame the view. We used the murphy bed closest to the window because I could actually wake up in the morning and see the water while laying in bed! The space is tight but worked great for two people, especially when you put the murphy bed back up during the day. More than 2 people would feel cramped. Also, I think the murphy beds might be difficult for elderly people to work with.

I loved the 505 Front Street shopping center right next door (beach side). It's so close that it really feels like part of the property. We had dinner at the Pacific'o, which had great food, beautiful decor, and outstanding ocean views from its open air restaurant. We also had breakfast at Betty's Beach Cafe at the 505 shopping center. This was also a perfect place to go!

Lahaina shopping is just a short walk away. I think we walked into town just about every day over our 4 day stay. More shops and restuarants than you can imagine. Like I said, great location!

I love snorkeling but didn't bother trying to do it in front of the condo. It looked too shallow, so I spent time at Black Rock in Kaanapali, which is a great place to sunbathe and snorkel.

Just a couple negatives...toilet had a slow leak and was always running (couldn't really hear it over the ocean waves though) and no wireless internet (tough if you use an iPad) but there was a network cable. Other than that, we loved the place!

I don't think I could say anything bad about this place even if I wanted to! My boyfriend and I spent 5 wonderful days here and I can not think of anywhere better to spend our time in Lahaina. It was so great to just take a quick walk down the beach to the main street of town, and to sit on the lanai each evening and watch the sunset over the nearby island of Lanai. Mary was quick to respond and so helpful in assisting us with anything we needed. There is no doubt that if we return to Lahaina, this will be the only place we stay!!

This condo was amazing, and the Lahaina Shores resort is a perfect place to stay. The listing very accurately described the condo. It is fully stocked with everything you need on your vacation. I originally thought a studio might be inconvenient or too small or lack storage - that is definitely not the case with Katherine's condo. The murphy beds, while very comfortable, also allow you the space you need during the day, and are very easily accessible when you are ready for them. The condo was spotless when we arrived, and had absolutely everything we could have needed during our stay. Katherine was wonderful to work with from the minute we booked the condo until we arrived home. Any questions I had for her were answered immediately. My husband and I would highly recommend staying here and we plan to do so again just as soon as possible!
