Description: Step back in time and enjoy life in this completely restored 1928 cottage. It is tastefully decorated with furnishings of the time and with all the comforts of home. This beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bath arts and crafts style home sleeps 4-6 people comfortably. Heartstrings cottage is located in the Heart of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains and is convenient to the majestic Luray Caverns and other popular area attractions. Complete with fully equipped kitchen. Sun room with wicker furniture and nice views. Living room with 42' HDTV. This home makes for a great relaxing get away. If you want more you can bike, hike the Shennandoah Pky, visit Massassnuten Resort for waterpark or golf. Lots to do or nothing, whatever you choose.

The cottage has a first floor master bedroom, living room, dining room, sunroom, kitchen and full bath. Second floor contains 3 bedrooms and a full bath. If you have any addition requirements please let me know and I will try to accommodate.

Exterior: Complete with country front porch to relax on. Rear deck is private and overlooks the hot tub currently being installed (available in Mar). Fire pit (wood provided). Gas grill. Tables and chairs for relaxing on a quiet evening.

We had a great stay at this beautiful cottage. It is tastefully decorated, spacious, has a beautiful kitchen that is fun to cook in, and is sparkling clean. Linda is very kind and hospitable. She even left some snacks for us. We would definitely choose this cabin again.

Nearby attractions include the Shendandoah National Park and Luray Caverns. We went to both and had a blast.

This property was absolutely lovely! It provided all the makings of a wonderful trip to the Shenandoah. Close to everything. We hiked , went tubing, visited Luray, enjoyed cool breezes on the porch, stayed warm around the firepit, dined, al fresco, in the cute screened porch and relaxed in the jacuzzi. This property has it all! We highly recommend a stay here!

Pictures don't describe how wonderful this property is. The house is beautiful and very well maintained. Awesome kitchen. We spent several hours each evening enjoying the hot tub and the fire pit. We also had a romantic dinner in the screened area on the porch. We are already talking about trying to return and we just left today! Every detail has been thought of here and the owner is extremely helpful. Very easy to communicate and work with. Very close to canoe trips in Shenandoah.
Perfect for a romantic weekend! But would also be great for that laid back family vacation!
