This exquisite, newly constructed home boasts a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 3 level floor plan. You'll find beautifully decorated rooms throughout the home. The main level offers a fully equipped kitchen w/gorgeous granite countertops, a spacious dining area & breakfast nook. The great room has a beautiful stack stone fireplace along with an additional sitting room. Also off the main level there is a sun room and master suite w/ jacuzzi tub and spacious tile shower that both lead out to a covered lakeside deck. There You'll also find the laundry room localized on the main level. The lake level offers a rec room w/pool table, Foosball table, bar area, family room & an additional bedroom. On the upper level, there are 2 bedrooms & a sitting area where you’ll find breathtaking water & mountain views from right inside the house. There's also a newly constructed covered boat dock w/granite bar area, campfire ring, gas grill & outside shower.

  • Full payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellation Policy: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid deposit will be fully refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date and we are unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be issued. If we are able to re-rent the property and secure the same monies for the property owner, all monies paid by the canceling party will be refunded excluding 1/2 of the pre-paid deposit, which will serve as the cancellation fee.
