This exquisite, new home boasts a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 3 level floor plan. You'll find beautifully decorated rooms w/water views throughout the home. The main level offers a fully equipped kitchen w/gorgeous granite countertops & stainless appliances, a spacious dining area, breakfast nook & sitting room. A sunroom and lakeside deck are located off of the great room that has a beautiful stack stone fireplace. Master suite(king) w/ jacuzzi tub and spacious tile shower + wheelchair accessible room(2 twin) and bathroom also located on the main level. The lake level is great for entertaining w/pool table, foosball table, wet bar, family room & an additional bedroom(king). On the upper level, there are 2 bedrooms(queen & 2 bunk beds) and an office space. The covered dock has a boat & jet ski slip, and a granite bar area.   • $500.00 Refundable security deposit required for all reservations.
  • Full payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellation Policy: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid deposit will be fully refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date and we are unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be issued. If we are able to re-rent the property and secure the same monies for the property owner, all monies paid by the canceling party will be refunded excluding 1/2 of the pre-paid deposit, which will serve as the cancellation fee.
