Enjoy a quiet getaway right in downtown Surf City! Restaurants, Shopping and Entertainment all within walking distance. This very large, 5 bedroom 4 and 2 half bathroom home is loaded with amenities. Private parking underneath home with additional parking off the street. After a long day on the beach, relax in the oceanfront gazebo or take a cool shower in the private, enclosed outdoor shower. Bottom bedroom has 2 bunk beds and a private shower (perfect for children). Elevator and indoor/outdoor intercom service all 4 floors. 2nd floor features an additional living room that can serve as an extra bedroom, 2 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Oceanfront deck and soundside deck are accessible from bedrooms. Third floor features spacious kitchen, dining and living room area with fireplace. Balcony deck off the living room overlooking ocean. Master suite located on the sound side of the 3rd floor. Loft area serves as additional family room or bedroom.
