Additional information about rental rates

  • One-third payable on booking and balance is due no less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
  • We also require a refundable security deposit of $300. The deposit will be refunded within 30 days of your departure upon clearance of no damages.

    A $60 administrative fee is required for all reservations.

    Property is rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday during high season. Check-in is on Saturday after 3pm, checkout is on Saturday by 10am.

    Additional cleaning can be arranged at extra cost.
  • Please be advised that smoking and pets are not allowed on the premises. Also, the home is available to
    families/adults ONLY of which parents or guardians must be over 25 years of age. Mini weeks and weekends available off season, with a minimum stay of 2 nights.
