The Tropical Splash also offers 2 tennis courts, sand volleyball pit, clubhouse, and sauna. And to satisfy your social needs you'll definitely have to visit the huge community pool (heated in Nov, Mar, April months) just across the court. The sugar white beaches and emerald Gulf waters are only 1/2 block away with private, gated access. Tropical surroundings in this Mediterranean home make for the perfect place to unwind.
