This 1010 square foot unit has been completed remodeled with high-end features and appliances in 2008. This beautiful condo features new carpet & paint, as well as new flat-screen HDTVs in the living room and master bedroom and high-end appliances in the kitchen. In the master bedroom, you will sleep comfortably in the king size bed with luxurious bed linens. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed with television and is tastefully decorated with mountain inspired décor. You will also enjoy the leather couch and chair in the living room while you relax and watch TV or movies on the flatscreen TV with DVD player. If you are working away from home, this condo also features a desk in the living room to work. A game table with two chairs can be found in a small alcove off of the living room. The most unique feature of this property is the huge, wraparound balcony with mountain views & ski slope views. This Is The Largest Wraparound Balcony In River Run!

Expedition Station: Expedition Station was completed in the late 90’s and is one of the more exclusive buildings in the resort. The building features two, high-speed elevators to service 91 condominiums. There is an access controlled underground heated garage. Laundry facilities are located on both the first and third floor. Expedition Station has a beautiful lobby with couches, fireplace, pool table, and game tables. This building also features a year-round heated pool , an eight person hot tub, a spacious heated patio with BBQ’s, fitness center, and a steam room for guests’ enjoyment. When you exit Expedition Station, you will be steps from the Summit Stage bus stop, as well as a playground and miniature golf course. It is a short walk to the heart of River Run Village where you will find excellent businesses including restaurants, shopping, bars, winter and summer sports rentals and great people watching.
