Comfortable, Affordable Paradise with Private Deep Harbor, Pier and Boat Ramp on the Atlantic! This unique floating studio is in a private Sea Cove Marina near Coco Plum Beach area and Key Colony Beach . Guests will be able to dock their boat (up to 24 foot) and use ours boat ramp for free. Ours parking space is big, free and have a lots of room for yours cars as well boat trailer.
