Relax while watching the sun retire on Sunset Beach overlooking the Cape Cod Bay in Brewster, MA. This cottage compound offers a perfect Cape Cod family vacation. Access the private beach by a path off the back steps past the gardens. The property consists of two buildings connected by a mutual brick patio comfortably furnished for cookouts. Care is taken so flower gardens change seasonally with annuals and perennials. The main cottage has three bedrooms and sleeps six. Across the patio is an additional building. A spiral staircase entwined with wisteria leads the way to a private room for two.

We rented this beach house in July. The house was great. The porch looking out to the ocean was perfect after a long day at the beach. Our three small kids loved the flats at low tide and my brother’s two older kids thought the beach was great for skimming. The house has everything you need for your stay and plenty of room.
