Ideal West End location – across the street from the Harbor Beach, 2 blocks beyond the Boatslip – yet still nestled quietly off Commercial at Montello Street. Our renovated studio cottage; sleeps two in a queen size bed with comfortable 400 thread count linens. Cathedral ceiling,skylights, French doors and cottage windows deliver tons of light without sacrificing privacy. Relax with coffee or cocktails on the shaded private patio or step outside to join the fun 50' away on Commercial Street.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops and new appliances (range, microwave and refrigerator/freezer with ice maker). The bathroom includes a large custom tiled shower with two luxurious shower heads. Slate floors throughout. Everything you need: Washer/dryer, air conditioner, wireless internet, flat screen cable TV, DVD player, iPod docking station, gas grill and closet space. Beach Cruisers ( 2 Bikes ) included for your exclusive use. No smoking.

This was our first time staying at this unit and first time staying in town. I was initially wondered if it would be offer enough privacy, but this unit location was great. It was steps to the beach, great restaurants, stores, and every other convenience needed. At the same time it was located on a street which was very private and quiet.
The unit was airy, very clean and had everything needed. Bob was welcoming and friendly and hospitable.
We loved it and so did our Beagle, Alice.

Wonderful space, clean and beautifully laid out. We had a fabulous time and would love to rent this home again. Owner was responsive and extremely easy to deal with, I highly recommend this home.

The Perfect Cottage in PTown!

The perfect cottage!!! Beautifully decorated, amazing use of space, warm and welcoming. Did I say spotless? And, the owner is a pleasure to deal with! This was our first vacation without our Son in two years and it was the perfect place to get some much needed rest. The cottage is conveniently located, has lots of light and is quiet. We did not want to leave and really wished we had booked the remainder of the week. We hope to visit again! Thank you Bob, I wish we could have met!
