Completely renovated, this cottage-style, two bedroom, two bathroom duplex is situated on the Golf Course in Windham Ocean Ridge. This spacious unit is located in a quiet plantation on Edisto Island, just 45 minutes from historic Charleston. Edisto Beach is a quiet paradise away from the traffic, and hustle and bustle of other beaches. The cottage was recently completely updated with cheerful, resort decor, a new white kitchen, and new carpet and tile. A lovely, screened porch is a perfect way to relax and watch the passing golfers. There is a washer and dryer as well as covered parking under the house, large enough to pull a boat under. All linens, dishes, and pots and pans are included. While Edisto has managed to avoid crowds, traffic, and commercialization, there are still numerous good restaurants to choose from, including the regionally famous 'Old Post Office' for fine dining and many other locally owned favorites.

Notes: The plantation offers golf, tennis, basketball, and a full recreation center including a fitness room. There is a putt-putt golf and a playground as well as a year round pool (covered and heated in the winter) in the plantation. A tram is available throughout the plantation to easily reach all of the amenities. A private cabana is also available on the beach. A small recreation fee is charged for some of the activities. Outdoor opportunities abound including shelling, canoeing in and out of many creeks, crabbing, fishing, and boating. A large state park, local history museum, bike rental shop, and parasailing are available as well as a lovely beach. This is a truly relaxing vacation opportunity available in a beautifully renovated cottage. Come visit us soon!
