Our villa is very well tended and has unhindered boat access to the Gulf of Mexico (15 minutes). Surrounded by a 1,000 m2 palm garden, it will spoil you with its sunny terrace, its large pool, motorboat and a 50 m2 boat dock with a tiki hut. Compete with the pelicans in a fishing contest, or observe the many dolphins and manatees which often swim by.

  • Final cleaning: 130 USD. All further additional expenses such as electricity (30 usd free when over 30 cents per kw), water, pool and garden service, electrical pool heating; all additional surcharges, as well as the obligatory Florida tax, are included in our price.

Wir waren zu zweit 16 Tage in der Villa Rose Garden und haben die ganze Zeit auch das Boot genutzt. Die Villa ist wunderschön, die Lage ist toll. Die Angaben in der anezige treffen komplett zu. Sehr angenehm ist auch die Betreuung der deutsch-sprechenden Verwalterfirma. Wir kamen spät am Abend an und wurden von einem innen und außen beleuchteten Haus begrüßt, im Wohnraum lief der CD-Player, der Kühlschrank war mit Getränken und einem Obstsalat gefüllt. Toller Service !
Fast jeden Tag waren wir mit dem Boot unterwegs (die Fahrt bis zum Golf von Mexico dauert ca. 30 Minuten) und wurde auf unseren Fahrten oft von Delfinen begleitet. Auch vor unserem Haus schwammen die Delfine vorbei. Atemberaubend ! Mit der im Haus vorhandenen Angelausrüstung hatten wir vom Steg vorm Haus und vom Boot viel Erfolg. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt, wir können das Haus nur empfehlen !
