NEW BEACH HOUSE, DESIGNER FURNISHED,'CAN YOU SAY WOW1?' MADE FOR PLAY AND WORK!

This was our second year to stay in this house and it was a perfect fit for our growing family. We traveled with 4 adults and 2 very small children. The location is perfect for our beach needs in our current life stage - a family with young children. The two golf carts make it easy to load up and get to and from the beach and sound. The living space is downstairs with two bedrooms upstairs which allowed the kids to sleep if the adults were up and visiting. The home is well maintained and clean. The ping pong table and toys are great if you want to just play around the house. Beach toys and chairs are also provided. We would recommend this property to others and highly recommend Navarre. Hope to return in the future.

My family, my mother in law and I stayed at this beach house from June 2- June 9. This three bedroom home had plenty of room for our family of 7. My mother in law had her own room downstairs, and the bunk beds made having a bed for each child easy,. My teen daughter chose the middle loft room as her own space during the night, but the younger kids enjoyed watching the tv there during the day. This house is closer to the sound side, and is in a quiet neighborhood. Noise was never an issue. You can take the golf carts down the road to the Sound or across a couple streets straight to the Gulf side beach access. Having the two carts was ideal for our family as well. The house is modern and super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. With a yellow flag flying one day, and red flags two days there was no swimming in the Gulf, having the private swimming pool right behind the house was very nice for the kids.
