B&O stereo. Laundry. Steps to the Sound and a block to GOM. Beautiful views of GOM and Santa Rosa Sound from the 1st and 2nd floor decks. HOA pool (not open yet). Tandem Bike + 2 teen bikes. Weekly rentals and long term rentals available. Must be 25+. Rates vary by season. Very reasonable. No pets. Non-smoking.

Great Family Vacation: All the amenities you could ever ask for. Super Walmart, Publix within 3 miles of home. Golf Cart available for add'l $. If you want to relax with the ability to do a little work then there isn't a better place. The beaches are amazing. Bike/running path along the entire beach. Tandem bike for a little extra fun.

From the moment you walk in, this place takes your breath away from the inside and out. Beautifully decorated, yet so cozy it feels like home the minute you unpack. All the comforts and neccessities of home are already there. We walked to the beach bringing our picnic lunch, rode the bicycles along the coastline, attended the chili cook-off at the local bar and snorkled along the pier at Navarre Beach. You can do as much or as little as you want. Can't wait to go again!
