An amazing waterfront property with beautiful views of White's Creek. This home is the ideal vacation spot for relaxing and entertaining with a multi- level deck and hot tub overlooking the water. A stunning sunroom off of the dining and living areas welcomes with a wealth of natural light. A 170’ private pier allows for great fishing and fun. An outdoor shower and cleaning station are available. Great exercise also available with two kayaks and life vests.

Just 10 minutes to Bethany Beach.

Thank you for choosing the Roger’s Haven House for your vacation in Ocean View, De! We look forward to providing you with a great location surrounded by water and nature, while you take advantage of all that the area has to offer.

As the owner/rental representative of the Roger’s Haven House, we guarantee that the house will be clean upon your arrival. Linens are not provided but a comforter for each bed is present. – (2) Queen and (2) Doubles; The couch is a pull- out queen. You will be provided with up to four (4) copies of the house key at your time of arrival.

Welcome: As a guest of the Roger’s Haven House in the community of Roger’s Haven, you will also have access to the boat ramp at the end of Lagoon Ln. You will have parking available for up to four vehicles at any given time throughout the week. As our guest, you will also enjoy direct access to the creek in front of the Roger’s Haven House and will have the 170’ private pier for you to tie up your own boat or for fishing & crabbing.

Serene Waterfront Getaway!

We came here for four days in the off season with our dog and had the most relaxing and wonderful time. We confirm everything the previous reviewer said about the house being convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and beach (only 5 minutes away!) and the spacious accomodations, but what stood out most was the location. The waterfront locale was so serene and beautiful and very private--perfect for a getaway any time of year. We used the hot tub daily, and for colder months, there's a fantastic fireplace in the main room. We woke every morning to the sun streaming in the skylights, and we'd open the shades to watch seagulls, egrets, and cormorants in the water. (For those who don't want the morning sun, there's a bedroom on the other side of house.) There is also a gorgeous loft with a sitting area and bedroom that we didn't even use. All in all, we had the perfect relaxing vacation, and we'll definitely make plans to stay here again!

Wonderful, relaxing time spent at this property. My husband, dog and I loved walking out on the pier, kayaking, relaxing on the deck and in the hot-tub, the views were great - especially watching the sunrise each morning from the master bedroom. The house is even nicer than the pictures reflect. Close to everything - grocery stores, restaurants, the beach. Loved coming back to the house to relax in the evening. In fact our last day was just spent relaxing at the house. We didn't want to leave! We would rent this house again as well as recommend it to others!

Great house / great location

We had a wonderful stay at the house, and loved that they allowed dogs. The house was so spacious, we only used the downstairs area for the most part and we had lots of room. We woke up to a beautiful sunrise every morning and were treated to a lovely sunset every evening. The views were spectacular, as advertised.

The location right on the water was ideal and relaxing. We even got in a little fishing off the dock a couple of evenings and caught some small fish and some big eels.

The area was so peaceful that it was the perfect place to recover from a hectic summer. The house was a great base location for our numerous day trips and then we were right back into relax mode as soon as we pulled in the driveway. We're looking forward to coming back again next year.

Gorgeous location/ Personal service

My family (nature loving parents and beach loving teens) found the perfect balance at this house. The location is beautiful - we woke every morning to find a great blue heron fishing off the dock and enjoyed watching the water and sky shift in color through the day. The beach was close enough that the teens could be dropped off while we kayaked - and we still felt close enough to get to them if they needed us.

We all enjoyed dinner on the deck and fun in the hot tub at the end of the day. The lay out with the upstairs bedroom/tv lounge area was great for the teens. The master bedroom is spacious and airy. Close to groceries, etc.

An additional plus is that the owner/agent is super responsive and seemed to really care that everything was working out smoothly for us. I would definitely recommend this house to friends and family and will probably return.
