This 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit is tastefully decorated for a great vacation experience. The Master Bedroom has a King Sized bed with separate Master Bath with a large tub and separate shower The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed and the third bedroom has been set up for maximum flexibility as a sitting/conversation area but is also equipped with a queen sized sofa sleeper. A large curving sofa sectional in the living room provides views of the water and sun outside as well as including another sofa sleeper and a built-in recliner. The large screen, flat panel TV in the living room includes a built-in DVD player and digital cable. There is also a TV in the Master Bedroom for a total of two TV’s in the unit. Wireless high speed Internet service is also provided. Phone service includes free calls within the US and to Canada. Outside on the full width balcony you can enjoy the view of the water looking north and east all the way towards downtown Clearwater and the Memorial Causeway Bridge.

Clearwater Beach offers some of the whitest and finest sand on the Gulf Coast side of Florida, as well as many amenities such as restaurants, shopping and water sports, including para-sailing, dolphin watching, lunch and dinner cruises, deep sea and sport fishing and jet skiing. Clearwater Beach Island is the northern part of about a 24 mile chain of barrier islands protecting the western side of Pinellas County. St. Petersburg is home to Tropicana Field where the Tampa Bay Rays play. In addition, spring time finds Clearwater hosting the Philadelphia Phillies and Dunedin the Toronto Blue Jays for spring training. Across the Bay is Tampa with the Busch Gardens theme park as well as Lowry Park Zoo and the Florida Aquarium.

About Harborview Grande Condos: These Condos were built in 2006. They are located on the Intra-Coastal Waterway and your balcony provides a view towards the North and East across the water. This unit is assigned one parking space under the building with another space in the uncovered lot in front of the building. Access to the parking and the lobby leading to the elevators is via a code assigned to each unit and gates. There is a pool but it is not heated.
