Our house is located in neat surroundings and has a small beach directly in front of the house whereas the main beach can be found at a distance of only 300 m. With its smooth fine sand and crystal-clear water, the beach is suited for bathing. Whether on the main beach with cafes, sun-decks and sun umbrellas or on one of its bays, where you can enjoy your solitude. The smooth water offers a frolicsome and safe bathing experience for children. The apartment with shower/WC and balcony offers accommodation for 2-6 persons. In addition to the fully-equipped kitchen, the apartment is suitably and completely furnished and offers a heavenly view of the sea from the balcony. Apart from playgrounds, the place offers several recreational facilities for your children. The owners of the house, the Kalaitzis couple, speak German and care for all your requests. Whether they are picnics of airport transfers. A holiday, where mass tourism is a strange word.

Kallikratia lies on the western side of the Chalkidiki peninsula, approx. 60 km from the Thessaloniki airport. You will come across a typical Greek way of life here. This rather Greek holiday destination with taverns, sea-food restaurants, grocery stores, banks, shops and crystal-clear sea water offers a hospitable atmosphere. The town center lies at a distance of approx. 10 minutes by foot from the house. The sandy beach is especially suitable for children.

A bush and palm park situated in front of the house emphasizes the quietness of its location and gives you an idyllic picture of typical Greek countryside. The traffic is confined to local residents offering a safe and peaceful holiday, especially for our little guests. The house is located right by the sea. With its smooth fine sand and crystal-clear water, the beach is suited for bathing. Whether on the main beach with cafes, sun-lounges and sun umbrellas or on one of its bays, where you can enjoy your solitude. The smooth water offers a frolicsome and safe bathing experience for children. The town center lies at a distance of approx. 10 minutes by foot.

Guest friendly atmosphere: You are a guest and not a stranger in the Kalaitzis house, but rather the word 'stranger' means 'guest' in Greek. The housekeepers Christos and Maria speak your language and care for you. Whether it is car rental, organizing a picnic or whatsoever you need.

Nea Kallikratia and surroundings: Nea Kallikratia, fisheries, everyday life and local tourism leave an impressive picture. The hinterland with its cotton fields, olive groves and corn and tomato fields is characterized by small holiday homes with gardens. The town centre lies at a distance of approx. 10 minutes by foot. The paved pedestrian zone stretches through the complete town centre which is adorned with shops, typical taverns, cafes and souvenir shops. Apart from playgrounds, the place offers several recreational facilities for your children. Discos and nightclubs, outside the residential locality, liven up the Kalikratia nightlife. The weekly market gives the visitors impressive pictures and the possibility of a bargain for one or two things. Kalikratia offers a favourable location for picnics and cruises. Picnics to Saloniki, to the friaries past Athens or to the children's paradise 'Waterland' are easily offered here. We will gladly organize the picnics for you.

'wir haben wirklich schon viele, wunderschöne Urlaubsorte kennengelernt und haben immer gedacht, so etwas wird es nie wieder geben. 'WIR HABEN UNS GEIRRT!'

'Die Nähe zum Meer war optimal. Auch die Wohnung war sehr schön. Die Fahrt zu der Tropfsteinhöhle hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Von dem Besuch im Waterland war Jan am Meisten begeistert'

Wir waren das 2. Mal in dem Ferienhaus.
Super Lage und Aussicht auf das Meer.
Sehr nette und freundliche Vermieter.
Wir können das Ferienhaus weiter empfehlen.
Ausflüge nach Sallonik und Moudania haben wir mit dem öffentlichen Bus gemacht. Die Besichtigung derTropfsteinhöhle von Petralona haben wir mit dem gemieteten Auto unternommen, wie auch die Meteora-Klöster und den Wasserfall von Edessaden . Die Halbinsel Athos haben wir mit dem Schiff besichtigt.
