Get charged for things you didn't do or steal!

The condo was really nice, oceanview , not oceanfront, but still nice. Plenty of room, would stay there again except for the fact that your deposit won't be returned to you for a month, and then you are charged for things that they claim are missing or tore up! I don't appreciate being called a thief and accused of vandalism! The owner is new at renting this property and actually lives out of state, so they don't know what they are doing, and you have no defense when it comes to getting your deposit back. I even cleaned up the dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived! That place was cleaner when we left than it was when we arrived and they "charge" my deposit for missing wine glasses we didn't even know were there. We don't drink wine! The condo was nice, as I said, but if you rent it, you better get a list ahead of time of all contents and go over it with the rental agent when you leave or you will lose part of your deposit when you are accused of stealing and vandalism. You are forewarned!!
