Spacious cottage on quiet, private Lake Michigan beach. Cottage is in second row and has shared access beach lot. A short path leads to the beach. Large family room, huge deck overlooking Lake Michigan, patio with charcoal grill. Beautiful views, clean sandy beach. A short walk down the beach from Little Point Sable lighthouse. Cottage is equipped with everything you need for a wonderful family vacation. Secluded but just a few minutes drive from Silver Lake and the Silver Lake sand dunes. Cottage newly remodeled.

This is the perfect spot for your family vacation. In Silver Lake you can explore the huge expanse of sand dunes (2,000 acres) climb the dunes, rent a jeep or an ATV or enjoy the scenic Mac Woods Dune Rides. The kids can race go-carts, ride bumper boats, play putt putt or play in the video arcade. Public access for boaters to Silver Lake is a few miles from the cottage where you can rent boats, bikes, tubes, or jet skis. The cottage is on a private beach away from the crowds. The beach is sandy and you can walk for miles.

Many festivals are scheduled throughout the summer in nearby towns of Hart, Shelby, New Era, Montague, Pentwater and Mears. Farm markets are abundant offering the freshest produce you can imagine. Pentwater is just 12 miles north where you can shop in unique boutiques, gift shops and galleries, visit the marina, go charter fishing on Lake Michigan or dine outdoors while enjoying live entertainment. Bring a lawn chair and enjoy weeknight town square concerts in Pentwater or Montague.The nearby Montague Bicycle Trail State Park (22 miles of trails) winds through the towns of Shelby, Hart, Montague and surrounding farms and forests- including the famous Country Dairy farm.

There are 5 golf courses in the area including The Golden Sands Golf Course, a 9-hole course and a driving range and the beautiful Benona Shores Golf Course. You can drive 30 minutes to the Michigan Adventure Water and Amusement Park, ride the Muskegon high-speed ferry or the old Badger out of Ludington. The original House of Flavors ice cream shop is in downtown Ludington. There are several horse ranches nearby -the Rainbow Ranch and the Thoroughbred, with rodeos, trail rides, and BBQ's
