Quail Creek is located in the Green Valley Area. The community has 27 holes of golf, a 2,500 sq ft Cardio Fitness Center, free form pool, lap pool, Bocce ball courts, and 6 tennis courts. Restaurant facilities include a restaurant and bar. The Madera club house features a coffee bar and billiard room. Frequent entertainment is featured in the Ball Room. Our house is just a 15 minute walk to the fitness center and Club House. Our house is ready to go, just bring your clothes and stop at one of the nearby grocery stores. The master suite features a King Pillow Top bed. The great room has an HDTV. Eat out on the covered patio and cook meals on the gas barbecue. Quail Creek is a planned community and requires that one person in your party must be 55 years or over.

Quail Creek is located in Green Valley which is about 21 miles south of Tucson. Nearby Madera Canyon features outstanding bird watching, Shopping for art and jewelry visit Tubac. Great restaurants are all over Tucson. Visit the Arizona Desert Museum to see native plants, animals and birds. The Grand Canyon is a 6 hour drive. Return via Sedona, an unbelievably beautiful place.

Golf , Bocce Ball and Tennis: Golf course has 27 holes. Tee times may be booked 5 days in advance. Separate fees apply. Tennis features 6 courts. Renters may join the tennis club and participate in league play. Leagues play most mornings. Open play in the afternoon. Bocce Ball courts available.

Fitness Center: The 5,000 sq ft. Fitness center features a 2,500 sq ft Cardio fitness center with 32 Cardio Machines. There is also a stretching room and aerobic room. Separate locker rooms with showers for men and women. Outside is a free form pool, whirlpool, and lap pool.

Madera Club House: The club house has a coffee bar, sitting area with daily newspapers, library, billiards room and card rooms. The main ballroom features frequent entertainment. A concierge is available to answer all your questions.

The Redstart Road property was beautiful! We spent a the last part of September and the first part of October there and loved every minute of it. The owner Dave and his wife have thought of all the necessary ammenities to make you feel right at home. We felt so lucky to have found such a wonderful home to rent. We can't wait to return!

We will be renting from Dave and Suzan for the fourth consecutive year in 2009 and have already committed for 2010 so we are obviously very satisfied. The house is extremely well maintained and includes everything needed for a pleasant stay. Dave and Suzan go out of their way to make our time there enjoyable and we would not hesitate to recommend this rental property to anyone.

We have stayed at 1760 Redstart August of 2007 and June and July of 2008. As repeaters, we obviously enjoyed our first stay. The house is very comfortable and has all the ammenities. All you need to bring is your clothes, tootbrush and golf clubs. Dave and Suzan our most helpful and respond immediatly to any questions. We'll stay here again.

1760 East Redstart is a beautiful property. My wife and I stayed there for 2 months(Jan-Feb 08)Everything that you need is there, plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, and sheets and towels. The house is well maintained and in spotless condition. David the owner is very helpful.
Quail Creek has a country club atmosphere with plenty of things to do.
