Walk to Falmouth Harbor, MV Ferry, town and restaurants. This is a 1912 cottage that was completely restored in 2008. Hardwood floors, granite kitchen, air conditioning and all the extras. Master suite! Wraparound enclosed porch with views in all directions. Large irrigated lawn. A truly unique destination.
