This elegant 3800 square foot family home on Castle Hill has 4 Bedrooms, 4 full baths, sleeps 8+. The In-ground gunite pool with pool house and expansive lawn and outside wraparound decks make this a rental dream-come true. The open kitchen is stocked with every gadget you can imagine to prepare delicious gourmet meals inside or out with not one but two gas grills which makes cooking and eating al fresco a snap! The living room opens on to the dining room and large entry foyer, it has a wood burning fireplace and allows access to one of the several outdoor porches. The dining room table has plenty of expanding leaves to easily accommodate up to 12 guests. There is a fantastic master King suite with luxurious tub with separate shower. A second master suite on the main level has a queen bed with its own full bathroom. Two more guest rooms on the second floor: one with a full bed and another with a twin. Each bedroom has it own full bathroom! Available only as a monthly rental / summer 09

Notes: This property has a stunning outdoor space as well as elegant and tasteful family furnishings. There are toys, a sandbox, outdoor climber, two car garage with direct entry into the house, an organic vegetable garden: pick and eat to your satisfaction! The pool house is stunning with outdoor musical speakers, plenty of towels, decks chairs, pool, toys, goggles, an outdoor shower, one of two gas grills: one near the poo and another near the house, a small fridge for staying cool poolside and complete the picture with a small train that comes near the property twice daily. You and your children will have never been so delighted! The property is entirely fenced for safety as well as privacy and the pool is enclosed within the back yard area.
