Ten TV's throughout house (3 big screen). Finished basement w/ elliptical machine and dry bar. Large yard w/ childrens jungle gym & trampoline/safety net. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Wrap around deck and covered patio area with lots of outdoor furniture & lounge chairs. Outdoor radio with speakers throughout yard and deck. Wood fire pit on beach. Mountain bikes to enjoy riding.   • Cleaning fee will not be charged if home is cleaned prior to departure.
  • To save and confirm a reservation, we require a $500 booking deposit and a signed rental agreement. We require the full balance and $1,000.00 security deposit paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is 100% refundable within 2 weeks after departure according to the rental agreement. We accept personal/bank checks and money orders. MAX of 18 people staying at property. A fee will be charged for each additional person.

This was a beautiful home with lots of space....plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The decor inside the home was wonderful and the outside was decorated with lots of bright colored flowers. It was nice to travel and not have to worry about lugging linens and towels with us. The deck was spacious with lots of patio furniture and plenty of room to enjoy the sun. The kids had lots of fun on the tramopline, playing basketball and riding bikes around the quiet neighborhood. We will definately be back next year. Thanks for sharing your home with us!!
