The primary bedroom has a queen sized bed and French doors that open out onto the porch and provide views of the surrounding marsh and ocean. The couch in the living room also doubles as two twin sized beds, should the need arise.

On the other side of the cottage road in front of the property, is a private beach, that you will likely have all to yourself. There is also a larger private beach located a short 5 minute walk up the street. The nearby marsh provides excellent opportunities for kayakers and bird watchers.

The shopping & restaurants of downtown Kennebunkport are located 10-15 minutes away. There is also an amusement park located 15 minutes away. Shopping at the Kittery or Freeport shopping outlets are 1 hour away.
