Located at the end of a quiet cottage road is cozy coastal cottage. When you enter this charming cottage, you will feel as if you just opened a page out of an LL Bean catalog. While simple, this cottage will not disappoint any couples or small families. The primary bedroom has a queen sized bed and French doors that open out onto the porch and provide views of the surrounding marsh and ocean. The couch in the living room also doubles as two twin sized beds, should the need arise. On the other side of the cottage road in front of the property, is a private beach, that you will likely have all to yourself. There is also a larger private beach located a short 5 minute walk up the street. The nearby marsh provides excellent opportunities for kayakers and bird watchers. The shopping & restaurants of downtown Kennebunkport are located 10-15 minutes away. There is also an amusement park located 15 minutes away. Shopping at the Kittery or Freeport shopping outlets are 1 hour away.

The cottage is located at the end of a very quiet dead end cottage road on the north side of Kennebunkport between Goose Rocks & Fortunes Rocks in Biddeford Pool. While there are shops and restaurants within bicycling distance from the cottage, downtown Kennebunkport is located 10 minutes away. Most guests find the cottage's location to be a good balance between the privacy of the area while being only 10 minutes from KPT!
