'Sea Star' - A beautiful ocean front first floor condominium on sought after Ponte Vedra Blvd.

There are lots of condos in the area to choose from, but this professionally decorated, bright and airy condo is the finest of the finest. Bright beach fabrics, paintings and high quality furniture create a wonderfully comfortable vacation environment. Ahh. The ocean front lanai adds to the pleasure with coffee as the sun rises or cocktails watching the dolfins jump. A real get-away!

It is owner occupied part of the year resulting in a well maintained and loved 'home' that you will love too! Each bedroom has it's own full bath and it's own TV. Comfortable and private for couples vacationing together or families.

The large Living Room/Dining Room area features cable TV (new flat screen TV)/DVD/Stereo System, and full dining room table. The well equipped kitchen has everything needed to make some lovely meals to enjoy while gazing at the ocean..

The spacious, beautifully appointed screened in, glassed in or wide open ocean front lanai may be where you spend most of your time. Comfortable sitting area and a dining area as well as a desk. The sofa folds out to a double bed too. And, when you want to hit the beach, you have your own backdoor that takes you right out to the beach from the lanai.

Of course, also available ... High speed Internet access with printer, washer/dryer, underground garage parking and beach toys, chairs and beach towels.

Set up for six, but can sleep up to eight with the sofa bed.

'Sea Star' ... is a beach home to truly enjoy!

Our week went by all too quickly! The Sea Star provided clean, comfortable and spacious accommodations for our family of six. We enjoyed wonderful views of the Atlantic from the lanai and easy beach access. We spent many hours strolling the quiet beach and were amazed to find so many seashells! Grocery shopping is just a few minutes away and there are many great restaurants in the area. The property management was very accommodating! A great vacation!

Relaxing vacation

The condo and beach was beautiful and very enjoyable, quiet and semi private, which made our vacation more relaxing. The Ponte Vedra area is also very nice. The location was in the middle of attractions we wanted to see and my nephews home which was nice, no hour drives. I would recommend this condo and area, we will be in two years.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children

We had a great time. The accomidations were excellent. Our grandchildren from out of state did their first boogie board rides in the ocean and flew kites and had a grand time. It was restfull for us older folks as we could sit on the lanai and watch them and their parents have a good time. We liked it that their were 3 bathrooms so everyone could do their own thing.
We had someone take family pictures at the beach and they turned out wonderful....so all in all it was great.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
