This large 5 bedrooms 4 bath home is located in Poipu Beach Estates. A traditional Farmhouse style with all the modern conveniences and an understated casual elegance.

Well appointed with designer fixtures and furnishing. Large kitchen with premium appliances and quartz countertops. Bathrooms have classic subway tile and marble flooring, A/C and ceiling fans in 3 bedrooms, distressed wood flooring. Lanai to enjoy the weather and outdoors. Enjoy access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club.

Please note, this is a 3 BD 3 BA main house and 2 BA 1 BA guest suite that are attached, but have separate entrances and do not connect. They have separate entrances making this unit 5 BD 4 BA rental ideal for a bigger group.
The A/C is in the 3 bedrooms in the main house which also has a full kitchen. The guest suite has ceiling fans in the room and has a kitchenette. . You get access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club that is 1 mile away that has a pool, gym, bar and grill and other amenities.

There one security camera inside the garage and one outside the garage facing the driveway for general security purposes.

Beautiful & comfortable home in a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Poipu Farmhouse! It is a beautiful & well-equipped home. Between the Main House and the Guest Suite, there was plenty of room for all 10 of us without feeling crowded. We enjoyed using the outdoor seating areas and BBQ grill. All of the beach gear was really nice to have, too! Great location - just a few minute drive or walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. About 1 hour to Waimea Canyon, about 1.5 hours to Princeville/Hanalei. Brandon was very helpful & communicative throughout our stay, as well! If we are ever back in Kauai, we would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Great Place!

This house was perfect for our stay! It was close to EVERYTHING. It was great to have access to the athletic club for pool days and to workout. The house had everything you needed to spend a day at the beach. Over all it was awesome!
