Upon entering the spacious driveway you are greeted with a row of palms and carefully executed landscape surrounding a house of true Southern Charm. This gorgeous house has 7 bedrooms spread out over 2 floors and 5 & 1/2 bathrooms. There is a small living area downstairs as well as a living room with a dining area and kitchen downstairs. Upstairs has its own living area with a dining area and kitchen as well. There is a covered porch on both floors facing the ocean. Also there is a in-ground pool in the yard for your enjoyment. The beach access is across the street and 5-6 houses down each way. This house has 1 king and 6 queens. The master suite has a private entry onto the porch as well as a large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, separate shower stall, double vanity and huge walk-in closet. Hurry, you don't want to miss out on renting this house! Weddings allowed!

This home is perfect for a large extended family or several families vacationing together. There are 2 levels, each with its own kitchen, living and dining area, which all open up to each other. The first floor has 4 large bedrooms and 3 full baths and the smaller kitchen is on this level The 2nd floor has an extra large kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living, dining and kitchen area all open to one another with access to the porch.

There are 3 bedrooms, including a master suite that faces the ocean with fantastic views. It has private access to the large front porch which is equipped with ceiling fans and rocking chairs. The master bath has a double vanity, jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The children in your party will have constant fun and entertainment provided by the private pool. Plenty of onsite parking and the beach access is just right across the street! Also you are only 5 short blocks off of Center Street, where all of the local shops and resturants are located.

2 kitchens, 2 porches & 2 much FUN!!!

I recently spent 4 nights at this lovely home with my family - ages ranging from 15 to 92yrs. The 'reverse floor plan' allows everyone to gather on the tastefully decorated top floor to enjoy a game of cards or meal and enjoy the ocean views. However, the lower level offers an additional 4 bedrooms, a full kitchen & dining areas, a TV room AND a full width front porch with beautiful breezes and views as well. When the older folk wanted time to nap or party, this design accommodated everyone because the teenagers had their own space. The beach crossover is directly across the street, barely 80 feet from the front door.
I polled our group and the consensus was 100% approval of this property. What small blemishes that existed did not impact our stay.Unlike the previous reviewer, I don't vacation with my carpenter's level and T-square.

Huge house, Small Problems!

Nice house at a glance. Plenty of space. Reasonably clean. It was well decorated. When looking closely you can tell the workmanship is not quality (pictures and mirrors all hung crooked, mill work incomplete). The pool was not cleaned or prepared for spring renters. There was no "rooftop deck" as described in the property information. There was no access to the elevator which would have been nice for hauling groceries and luggage up the 2 very long staircases. There was a serious lacking of any dishes or cooking utensils (plan to bring everything you need for cooking). Also, bathroom tissue was not provided. The rental agency was courteous but never returned any of my phone calls. Relatively pleased with our stay. However, with the abundance of rental properties to choose from in Folly Beach, I would not stay here again.
Owner's Response: This beautiful home has been refurnished with dishes and problems corrected with mirrors . Owners just spent a week making sure everything was in order. It is not advertised with an elevator.
