UNIQUE CASITA WITH MILLION DOLLAR VIEW.

We loved this cozy casita! My husband and I love nature and love to hike and this little get away provided easy access to both. When we told our hosts we liked to feed the birds they promptly set up a bird feeder right outside our window. There were a number of hiking trails within walking distance and dozens within a short driving distance. The rental location was very private nestled up against the Tonto National Forest and Usery Mountain yet within 5 minutes we could access all the stores, grocery and restaurants that we wanted.

The unit had a wonderfully comfortable bed and we woke up in the morning to a great mountain view. Two recliners in the seating area provided a bright and comfortable spot to read or work on hobbies. The kitchen was well equipped but very small and is not a good choice if you want to do a lot of cooking-which we didn"t! The sink is just bar sized and there is only a tiny amount of counter space.
The bathroom was very adequate with a great shower area and there was a large closet for everything we brought with us for our two month stay.

We were a bit disappointed because the stunning swimming pool was not heated and it was one of the amenities that we selected this location for. If you are visiting in December through April don't plan on swimming. It was a great place to lay in the sun and the evening sunsets and night time views of the city lights were awesome. The huge porch had great swings to nap or read in, there was a hot tub, and grills to use and lots of wonderful atmosphere.

Paul and Tristan were delightful hosts who bent over backwards to accommodate any requests. We would recommend this site and would definely return if the opportunity presents itself.
