“CONCH-by-the-POOL' is a private two-story town home just steps away from the resort-style pool in the gated community known as the Key West Golf Club. The neighborhood is a quiet oasis that will provide some respite from the madcap activities just minutes away in Old Town. As you enter this home, you'll immediately realize that this is a home owned by people who really care: The brand new kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare the most elaborate meal, with granite counter tops. The living room and dining area are airy and comfortable, with plenty of windows. Large double French doors in the living room open directly to an over-sized screened porch that looks out on that beautiful fairway, perfect for outdoor entertaining year round. Even the powder room is something special. If you have extra guests, you’ll be able to accommodate them in the comfortable queen pullout sofa.

Accommodations: On the second floor, there are two master bedroom suites. Each suite has a private full bath. The first suite has a king bed that can be converted to two twins. The second suite has a queen bed with double French doors that open to the porch. There are also extra windows for plenty of natural light and large closets for ample storage. Overhead fans will keep you cool upstairs and downstairs. The washer and dryer are on the second floor. Digital high-definition cable TV with DVR service, wireless high speed Internet and free long distance telephone service (to Europe, too) are included with your rental. Outside, the tropical landscaping has been carefully designed to provide great views while still maintaining your privacy.

The Key West Golf Club: The gated community at the Key West Golf Club is about much more than golf. It is a haven for residents and vacation guests alike who want the peace and quiet of a gated community combined with the convenience of a location very close to everything Key West has to offer. There is 24-hour security, two resort-style community swimming pools and plenty of parking. Just a short bike ride from Old Town and the beaches, the Key West Golf Club offers the best of both worlds: you will be very close to all of Key West's many attractions but you can go home to the privacy and solitude of Key West's nicest gated community.

The Pool: Outside and just steps away, you’ll find the very large resort-style heated swimming pool with waterfall, complete with lounge chairs in a beautifully landscaped cabana pool garden area.
