Charming and updated historic house with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed our stay and host Ambre was attentive and thorough.

A gem in Llano. It is a wonderful property. Everything felt warm and welcoming. Place was immaculate. We loved the porch. Host is so accomodating. We will return.

Charming

We stayed at the Ratliff. First impressions can be deceiving. Inside is beautiful!!! When you first see it you might think hmmm, but when you get inside you’ll be amazed!! The cottage is immaculately cleaned, the bed was very comfortable. Everything was perfect. We will be staying there again!!

Weekend getaway

Very clean and relaxing, hot tub was amazing! Did not like the food at joes bar in the square, would not recommend eating there. Overall place was really nice!

Adorable spot!

The location is perfect! You’re within walking distance to shops, restaurants & fun bars. We stayed in the Ratliffe & absolutely loved the screened in back porch :)
