Disney Tower Villa is an ideal location for all the Disney Parks and is just moments away from Golf, Fishing, Shops and Restaurants.
The Villa has a host of amenities and activities for everyone to enjoy. Imagine swimming in your very own private pool or relaxing in a hot jacuzzi. With spacious gardens and decking area it is ideal for any outdoor activities.
Five large bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, spacious living and dining areas all luxuriously and tastefully furnished throughout.
Enjoy our fully kitted out games and exercise room and to keep in touch with family and friends back home we have Free WIFI and Free International Telephone services for our guest's.
The villa is set in the tranquil grounds of Tower lake, with it's very own purpose built fishing pier, where our guest's can enjoy fishing or simply sit and watch the numerous wildlife.
The villa is ideal for family and friends, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay

One of the lovely features of our Florida villa is the imposing staircase as you enter and the beautiful lounge area that overlooks the pool. Here you can watch cable TV, see a DVD or simply listen to the music system. With the dining area also overlooking the pool, it makes a fantastic setting for family dining. The open plan fully fitted kitchen, from the over sized American fridge freezer down to the childrens themed tumblers, has everything imaginable for your convenience.

To complete our Florida Villa is our lovely pool and patio, overlooking an area of greenery, shrubs and trees. The fully screened, extended, heated swimming pool and spa with fiber optic lighting. Patios with plants and luxury patio furniture. Covered lanai area to keep cool on those hot days and to make the most of its South facing position, extended decking has been created for sunbathing, for those well deserved lazy sunny days.

Excellent property with no problems encountered

We stayed for two weeks in September in this lovely villa in Haines City, there were six adults and one infant who is two and a half years old. It was a great experience with no problems of any kind encountered. The villa was clean, spacious and in a quiet gated community. The females were concerned the pool was too hot for the infant one night and the property manager came and turned it down the next morning. This is a villa we will definitely use again.

Lovely home & great communication

After having another rental cancelled on me a week before my trip, I found this property - coincidentally as the owners had also had a renter cancel. The booking process was effortless and I quickly received a message from the owners that the reservations was confirmed. This was followed a few days later with full arrival and check-in details. On arrival we found the home is situated in a quiet, secure development and the property itself looked beautiful from the outside. One of the things I look for when renting a home in Florida is the decor, as many now seem run down with owners not having kept them up to date. This wasn't the case with this property, as the interior was fresh and modern looking. I was also pleased to find some supplies were left for us, like washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper and so on; this hasn't always been the case with other homes I've rented. There was plenty of bedroom space for our party, with the master suite downstairs and four bedrooms upstairs - two doubles and two twin. Air conditioning was welcome in the draining Florida heat and humidity. One minor issue is that this doesn't work too well in the master suite... noticed that this had been mentioned in other reviews and was hoping that it had been fixed by the time we arrived but it wasn't the case. However, this wasn't a huge issue. The games room is a bit dated but to be honest I never really use these in Florida homes as they are always in converted garages which aren't air conditioned, therefore too hot to spend too much time in. Outside, the pool area is lovely and spacious with plenty of table and chair space (the cushions could do with updating though), as well as shaded areas. I was impressed to find a television on the wall outside by the pool, however this always struggled to pick up a wifi signal, so the streaming stick never worked that well. Around the pool area are plenty of bushes and trees, so you have great privacy and are not overlooked. Overall I was delighted with the property and an added bonus was that we were able to check out later than the advertised time at no extra charge. Thank you to Paul and Sue and their property management team for allowing this - it's very handy when you have a later flight that day. Thoroughly recommend this property and will definitely consider again when we come back to Florida.

Lovely villa in quiet residential area approximately 30 minutes drive from Disney parks. Very clean, large, well equipped and very nicely furnished villa. Friendly and helpful owners.

Beautiful villa with everything you could wish for

This is an absolutely beautiful, huge villa on a gated community about 30 minutes away from the various parks on the I-4. We chose this one as we were not planning to go to theme parks every day and you certainly get more 'bang for your buck' if you stay a little bit further out. We had a bit of a hiccup initially and could not stay in the villa for the first two nights, as the power had been knocked out on the whole development by Hurricane Irma a few days earlier. The owners, Paul & Sue, and the property manager, Becky, were as helpful as they could be and found another villa for us until the power was restored and we could move in. The villa itself is beautifully furnished and has everything you need to make it feel it like your own home, although with a pool and sunshine! The master bedroom opening onto the pool deck was so comfortable and had a large, deep soaking tub in the bathroom - perfect. Everything you see on the photos is absolutely accurate and the property was spotless throughout. The pool and deck was gorgeous and the surrounding garden planted up beautifully so it offers privacy from the neighbouring homes. I would not hesitate to recommend this fabulous place to anyone!

My name is Sue and along with my partner Paul we are the owners of Disney Tower villa. We always wanted a holiday home and was so lucky to have found our ideal place. We have owned the villa from new and each year we visit we just love to decorate and up-date it. We call it our working holiday and any family and friends that come to visit find themselves being roped in at some point. We are both from the UK and run our own business which fortunately sees us travelling to many destinations but it's always nice when we get to go back to Florida with our family and friends.

Why they chose this property

Our Florida home has everything we could wish for in a holiday home. Situated in beautiful surroundings with a lake where you can fish from it's purpose built fishing pier or just watch and enjoy the wildlife that comes to visit . It is in a friendly safe manned gated community. Close to all the Disney Park attractions and everything this sunshine state has to offer. Having the luxury of your own private pool/spa set amongst tropical shrubs to the stunning spacious villa is everything we wished for. It is just ideal for families and friends to gather and we often have four generations of our family under one roof as there are always plenty of activities around to suit every age. Just perfect.

What makes this property unique

What we love the most about our Florida home is sitting by the pool early morning having our morning cuppa and watching the wildlife and evening times when after having our swim and spa just sitting relaxing with a nice refreshing cold drink. Priceless
