Disney Tower Villa is an ideal location for all the Disney Parks and is just moments away from Golf, Fishing, Shops and Restaurants.

The Villa has a host of amenities and activities for everyone to enjoy. Imagine swimming in your very own private pool or relaxing in a hot jacuzzi. With spacious gardens and decking area it is ideal for any outdoor activities.

Five large bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, spacious living and dining areas all luxuriously and tastefully furnished throughout.

Enjoy our fully kitted out games and exercise room and to keep in touch with family and friends back home we have Free WIFI and Free International Telephone services for our guest's.

The villa is set in the tranquil grounds of Tower lake, with it's very own purpose built fishing pier, where our guest's can enjoy fishing or simply sit and watch the numerous wildlife.

The villa is ideal for family and friends, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay

One of the lovely features of our Florida villa is the imposing staircase as you enter and the beautiful lounge area that overlooks the pool. Here you can watch cable TV, see a DVD or simply listen to the music system. With the dining area also overlooking the pool, it makes a fantastic setting for family dining. The open plan fully fitted kitchen, from the over sized American fridge freezer down to the childrens themed tumblers, has everything imaginable for your convenience.

To complete our Florida Villa is our lovely pool and patio, overlooking an area of greenery, shrubs and trees. The fully screened, extended, heated swimming pool and spa with fiber optic lighting. Patios with plants and luxury patio furniture. Covered lanai area to keep cool on those hot days and to make the most of its South facing position, extended decking has been created for sunbathing, for those well deserved lazy sunny days.

By day or evening, here you will find a place designed to enjoy, relax and totally unwind.

AMAZING Florida Vacation!!!!!

Wow!!! Where to start?!?!
This house was simply amazing! With 4 adults and 4 children staying here, there was more than enough room for us all to feel comfortable yet enough space so we weren't running all over each other. The house was immaculate and bright. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials of home. We cooked with the brand new stainless steel appliances as well as the BBQ located outside.
The couches were comfy and having a TV in each bedroom plus a games room made sure everyone got their own downtime with none of the kids arguing over what to watch or do!! lol
The beds were super comfortable and having an en-suite for every room was fantastic!
The pool area was gorgeous and spacious. We kept the child fence up as we had small children but it was removable if desired. The sun deck area was great for tanning and relaxing with a nice cold drink!
Haines City is a beautiful area with all the amenities close by but not hectic or too busy as Orlando/Kissimmee. (Although it is just a short commute to the theme parks and attractions - We highly recommend Gatorland!)
Lots of Outlet shopping too! (Lake Buena Vista was great without the parking issues of the larger malls, a real hidden gem for all the brand name shops!!!)

The property management people were easily accessible when we needed them to come by and turn the pool heat on (We had a few days of rain so wanted the pool to be warmer). They came and cleaned the pool and did maintenance without interrupting our stay. Very courteous and friendly.

Sue and Paul were also just a phone call or email away and were super at responding to any questions I had when booking our trip! Thank you so much!

We have stayed at 4 homes using homeaway.com in the past and have always had a great experience. This house was exactly or even better than the pictures show!! Very homey and inviting!
If you have any doubts about renting this house, please do NOT hesitate! You will enjoy the area (gated community). Beautiful and quiet, no noisy neighbours and very private pool area!
Definitely one of the best vacations my family has every had!!!!!
We would come back to this house again for sure!!!!

Great Spring Break!

We just got back from staying in this villa for a week. Everyone in our group loved the lay out of the house. It was wonderful having 3 master suites with bathrooms. The pool, large patio and sundeck with lots of furniture and even a TV were a favorite. The guys also loved the gameroom with pool table and TV. Paul and Sue were terrific to work with. They responded to my emails promptly. I would definitely return to this property and will recommend it to others in the future.

A Must Stay!!!

We rented this home in March 2011 for a Spring Break trip to the parks. The house was amazing and the owners and management company were extremely easy to work with and were always there to answer questions and fix any issues that we had. While we were there we had a slight issue with the washing machine and they had a repairman out within hours to fix it and get us set back up.

My son loved the game room and now loves to play pool and air hockey as a result! Everything was clean and there was always extra amenities around that made our stay more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for easy access to the parks and a worry free vacation! Next time we go we are definitely renting this home again, and you cannot beat the price!!
