Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Den, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

Spectacular, newly remodeled 1450 square foot condo with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room and den. Den doubles as 3rd bedroom!! Just 300 feet across the quiet street from the beach. Sleeps 6 - very comfortably. FREE LONG DISTANCE AND INTERNET

All beautiful new furnishings. Second floor corner unit with many many windows. Sun room provides wonderful breeze and area to relax. Ceiling fans through out. All light and bright! Flooring is ceramic tile, hardwood and carpet in bedrooms. This unit is one of only 6 units. Very quiet.

Master bedroom has a queen bed and spacious walk in closet. The master shower has a tub and large double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed and large walk in closet. The second bathroom also has tub and shower. There is a large linen closet in the hall.

The living room and den both have pull out couches.

I would definitely recommend this property. The decor was wonderful and it was a very short distance to the beach. The property was very clean and had all the extras needed for a great trip. We had plenty of room for 2 adults and 5 kids. We enjoyed our stay very much!!

VERY SPACIOUS AND COMFORTABLE CONDO

This condo was perfect for our stay! The bedrooms are spread out enough to allow privacy and both showers could be used at the same time with no pressure or temp problems. Tons of beach stuff available and the owner responded quickly to questions and requests. We would gladly stay here again.

This is a fantastic getaway location. The condo was very well maintained and had loads of room, open and bright. Bedrooms are nice sized, with large walk in closets. Nicely furnished. My husband and I will be going back every year! A great value and the owners are very pleasant.

Very Nice Condo for Great Price

We have been vacationing at St Pete Beach for 10 years or so, and stayed in several condos, including beachfront. This one is our favorite. Nice big 2 bedroom condo, comfortable updated furnishings, with game room, closed in porch, two baths, 1 1/2 blocks from beach. The condo building is on a quite street in a very nice area. Convenient to everything. I wish it was my condo!
